Senior Counsel Michael Callahan, Health Care, will present a webinar titled "IHA/MAPS Caselaw Updates and National Patient Safety Initiatives" on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Michael will discuss recent Patient Safety Act (PSA) cases, lessons learned and recommendations. He also will explore options for sharing patient safety work product (PSWP) within a hospital or healthcare system, how the PSA applies to CANDOR/CRP programs and recent national patient safety efforts.
