Alireza Abedin concentrates his practice in real estate transactional work, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. Alireza brings a banking and finance focus to real estate matters, having specialized in lender-side work, and also has significant experience in borrower-side and equity-related matters.
Alireza previously practiced at Schenck Price Smith & King LLP, representing regional, national and international banks, credit unions and investors in a variety of commercial financing transactions, including real estate finance, lines of credit, asset-based facilities, and loan workout and restructuring.
While in law school, Alireza was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
