Andrew D. Olsan focuses his practice on real estate and debt-based financing transactions. He represents individual and institutional investors, commercial landlords and tenants, and developers in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of acquisitions and sales (including purchase and sale agreements and title and survey review). Andrew also counsels clients on leasing matters (including retail, office and other commercial leases) and development matters (including covenants, conditions and restrictions; reciprocal easement agreements; and construction contracts).
Andrew additionally represents banks, funds, insurance companies and other financial institutions in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of financing for all types of real estate (including multifamily and student housing properties, office buildings, hotels, nursing home facilities and industrial properties). He provides guidance regarding secured and unsecured lines of credit in a range of other industries (including health care, life sciences and technology), and has represented lenders in the restructuring of troubled credit facilities and in the foreclosure of all types of real estate.
