Partner Michael Callahan will present "NPDB: The Guidebook Changes and How They May Affect You" at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, April 25. Michael will provide background information on the National Practitioner Data Bank, and discuss reporting requirements, query access, credentialing, when actions are reportable and the time frame for reporting. He will also discuss withdrawal of applications, investigations, suspensions and sanctions for failure to report.
