Our LGBT affinity group provides opportunities for our lawyers to discuss and collaborate on efforts to support LGBT equality within our firm.
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We foster and maintain an environment where every lawyer is free to be their authentic selves. The LGBTQ+ Coalition plays a critical role in the hiring, advancement, retention and promotion of LGBTQ+ attorneys throughout the firm. The Coalition also serves as a platform to provide educational and business opportunities for LGBTQ+ attorneys and supporting organizations that work toward equal rights for LGBTQ+ individuals and families in broader communities.
