Partner Michael Callahan will speak on "Patient Safety Organizations: Legal Update and Practical Solutions" on Wednesday, September 12 at the UHC Annual Conference 2012. The presentation will discuss the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005, how to establish a patient safety evaluation system and which data should be reported to a patient safety organization along with confidentiality protections of patient safety work product and relevant legal decisions.
