Guy Dempsey was the top choice in the Derivatives category for New York in the Client Choice Award national listing and was also the overall winner for the United States in that category in the international listing. Dempsey's practice focuses on derivatives and structured products and on bank regulation. He advises clients on derivatives and structured products of all types across all asset classes, as well as on related corporate governance, regulatory, collateral, compliance, insolvency and litigation issues including the Dodd-Frank Act and CFTC regulations.

David Crichlow was given top honors in the Litigation category for New York in the Client Choice Award national listing. His practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation. Crichlow represents large companies in some of their most important litigation in federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals throughout the country. Additionally, he counsels clients in contract, commercial fraud, securities, banking, government contracts and class action litigation, as well as internal corporate investigations.
