Joshua Rubenstein, head of the Private Wealth Practice, spoke with The American Lawyer on the evolution of trusts and estates work in law firms. While some firms have dropped private client and trusts and estates practices altogether, others—including Katten—have expanded the work as a lucrative line of business.
