Chicago Managing Partner David H. Kistenbroker will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Concurrent Educational Session - Defying the Laws of Physics - Risks & Exposures for Financial Institutions” on Friday, November 10 from 8:00–9:30 a.m. This panel will review D&O and professional liability exposures faced by financial institutions today, including the impact of current case law, settlements and major industry investigations over the past 4 years. It will also discuss the impact of the USA Patriot Act on financial institutions and discuss underwriting response and coverage options currently available in the market.
